Rental Power Plants Division

GenRent International Limited and F.K. Generators & Equipment Ltd., as divisions of the F.K. Group, provide temporary power solutions including development, planning, installation and operation of temporary power plants as well as rental and sale of diesel, gas and HFO generators.

Permanent Power Plants Division

Telemenia Ltd.  designs, builds, and operates power plants worldwide. As a power plant construction company, Telemenia's power plants range from 1MW to 350MW, consuming various fuels such as natural gas, HFO, biogas, diesel, hydropower and bio-diesel. It is a leading international EPC contractor with vast experience in the design, construction and commissioning of power plants in over 55 countries and 4 continents. Telemenia operates through 3 main headquarters – Gabon, for its operation in Africa; Paraguay, for its operation in Latin America, and Cyprus, for East Europe and Asia. Leveraging the support and knowledge of the F.K. Group, in the last few years Telemenia has increased its involvement in the development of and investment in independent power producer projects, BOT projects and BOO projects. With its global network of financial partners, Telemenia takes a leadership role in arranging financing packages for its projects. Telemenia maintains internal electro design divisions and in-house project managers. It specializes in unique and customized projects, including the delivery of turnkey power plants. It is well experienced in operating in developing and emerging countries and maintains tailor-made financing packages for each of its projects.

Renewable Energy Division

The F.K. Group’s renewable energy division develops, constructs and maintains solar and wind power plants in the Middle East, Africa and East Europe. The renewable energy division has vast experience in operation and maintenance of power plants and it maintains partnerships with leading European EPC contractors and PV developers. The renewable energy division accumulated in-depth knowledge and understanding of both the technology and market and it employs in-house experts for licensing, engineering and techno-economic analysis.

Inbar Solar Energy Ltd. is a leading solar solution provider. Inbar develops, constructs and maintains Photo-Voltaic systems. Inbar's track record and experience include the installation and maintenance of more than 12MW based PV systems. Current pipeline includes approximately 160MW in Middle East and Africa.

In 2011, the F.K. Group made a strategic decision to enter into the wind energy sector. The F.K. Group is currently developing several wind energy projects in Africa and the Balkan region, in which it will act as the project’s EPC contractor and will take part in the ownership of the project.
